What's For Dinner?
This is what I cooked for dinner this week. Which consists of brocolli, mushrooms, and stuffed chicken breasts. The mushrooms were seasoned with garlic and onion powder cooked in a skillet with a bit of canola oil. The chicken breasts are stuffed with dried julipene tomatoes and artichoke hearts. I seasoned both sides with salt, pepper, rosemary, and grated parmesan cheese. Then placed the artichoke hearts, and dried tomatoes on one side rolled them up and baked in the oven at 350 degrees for about an hour. I added salt and pepper for mine then substituted sun dried tomatoes for dried juliepene tomatoes.
The receipe and step by step instructions can be found here Stuffed Chicken with Mozzarella Artichoke hearts, and Sun dried tomatoes from another beauty guru she's awesome! This is also a recepie done by Guy Fieri from the Food Network. To view his recepie and instructions click the link Sun dried tomato stuffed chicken breast This dish is very tasty hope that you all try both recepies and let me know what you think or any ways that you may have added or substitued to the dish!
