Sunday Evening

So today, I ran a few errands and came back and made dinner. This is what I made a healthy dinner option which is grilled tilapia, baked asparagus, and chinese forbidden black rice. This is one of my favorite meals to eat and make. Not only because it's good, but takes no time to cook! The chinese black rice can be found at your local Whole Food Market Stores. For the grilled tilapia I used my George Foreman Grill to cook it and used the following seasonings: salt, pepper, tumeric, lawry's seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, lemon juice, and drizzle with olive oil. Since I have to go to work in about two hours this was convienent for me to make.

The benefits of eating asparagus include: reducing the risk of heart disease, detoxifies our system, has anti-aging functions, considered an aphrodisiac, can protect against cancer, reduces pain and inflammation, can prevent osteoporosis and osteoarthritis, and helps prevent birth defects. The benefits of eating black rice include lowers heart disease, high blood pressure, improves overall blood health. The benefits of the tilapia include preventing post workout cramps, helps maintain healthy blood pressure, and prevents heart disease, keeps you mentally alert, and has a great source of omega 3 fatty acids.

As I'm waiting for time to go to work I was doing some cleaning in my room and laundry. While I was doing my chores I was listening to this song, which is one of my favorites! It's a great song and very catchy! What are some of your current favorite songs? Happy Sunday, hope you all had a fantastic weekend!
